RWO – SKIT/S DE 1.0 – OILY WATER SEPARATOR

The RWO SKIT/S DE 1.0 (often updated as part of the SKIT/S-DEB series) is a highly reliable, compact, two-stage oily water bilge separator designed for maritime shipping and offshore operations. This skid-mounted unit uses a suction-type system driven by a dedicated progressive cavity mono pump to safely process oil-water mixtures without crushing oil droplets into stubborn emulsions. The first stage uses a high-efficiency, open-porous coalescer with an automatic backflushing sequence to remove free oils. The second stage features a specialized demulsifier/adsorber polisher containing activated carbon cartridges to trap residual hydrocarbons and chemical emulsions, safely protecting the ocean from vessel pollution.
