The Toyo Seimitsu DTN-200 is an industrial-grade, heavy-duty planetary gearmotor assembly manufactured by Toyo Seimitsu Zohki Co., Ltd. in Japan. This compact power transmission system combines an electric motor with a high-efficiency planetary gearbox to deliver exceptional torque at extremely low speeds, making it ideal for demanding applications like heavy conveyors, mixers, or hoisting mechanisms. Technically, the unit operates on an input power of 0.75 kW at 1800 R.P.M. Through an ultra-high gear reduction ratio of 1:727.5, it significantly scales down the rotation to a slow output speed of just 2.47 R.P.M. This massive reduction generates a substantial nominal torque of 200 kg-m (with a maximum threshold of 320 kg-m), ensuring reliable, high-force mechanical drive performance under heavy industrial loads.
