The Bosch Rexroth 16 Bar Compressed Air Filter Regulator (Aventics) is a high-performance, space-saving air preparation unit engineered to protect downstream pneumatic tools, control systems, and actuators. Combining moisture separation, fine particle filtration, and precise pressure regulation into a single compact housing, it eliminates condensate and solid contaminants while delivering consistent output pressure. Constructed with a die-cast zinc or lightweight polymer body and a durable polycarbonate or metal reservoir guard, it handles maximum supply operating pressures up to 16 bar (232 psi), secondary controlled pressure ranges up to 10–12 bar, and flow rates from 1,000 to over 6,000 l/min depending on port size (G1/8 to G1/2). Featuring a 5 µm filter element, relieving-type diaphragm regulator, lockable control knob, integrated pressure gauge, and automatic or semi-automatic condensate drain options, it ensures operational safety, energy efficiency, and long equipment service life.
