The DongHwa Entec Y-378 M/E Jacket Preheater is a high-performance marine shell-and-tube heat exchanger engineered for optimal main engine jacket cooling water preheating. Designed for durability and thermal efficiency, it features a 0.72 m² heating surface area with an empty weight of 116 kg. Operating at 3 kg/cm²G shell-side pressure (7 m³/hr flow rate) and 7 kg/cm²G tube-side pressure (93 kg/hr flow rate), this unit manages shell inlet/outlet temperatures of 43.5°C to 50°C and tube temperatures up to 169.6°C. Hydro-tested at 6 kg/cm²G (shell) and 12 kg/cm²G (tube), it delivers exceptional reliability for marine vessel propulsion systems and industrial fluid heating routines.
