ALFA LAVAL – P – 615 – CENTRIFUGAL OIL PURIFIER SKID MODULE

The Alfa Laval P-615 Centrifugal Oil Purifier Skid Module is a high-performance marine and industrial oil separation system designed for the efficient purification of fuel oils, lube oils, and heavy fuel oils. Built as a compact, skid-mounted unit, it integrates a separator, a 36 kW vertical direct oil heater (440V, 3-phase, 60 Hz), feed pumps, and an automated EPC control panel for reliable operation. Operating at a maximum bowl speed of 9,307 r/min driven by a 3.7 kW motor (3600 r/min shaft speed at 60 Hz), it efficiently separates water and sludge solids from oils with feed densities up to 1100 kg/m³ at process temperatures up to 100°C.
