The Bergen Complete B-G High Tension Lead / Extension Lead Assembly is a heavy-duty, secondary ignition assembly engineered for Rolls-Royce / Bergen B-Series and G-Series lean-burn gas engines. Designed to deliver stable high-voltage ignition energy from the coil to the spark plug, this assembly ensures reliable combustion, reduced misfires, and optimum engine performance in demanding marine and power generation applications. Constructed with premium PTFE/silicone dielectric insulators, heat-resistant Viton® sealing boots, and an integrated suppression resistor (typically 6,000 Ohms), it prevents electrical flashover and protects sensitivity against electromagnetic interference. Featuring a corrosion-resistant connector body, flexible high-temperature cabling, and deep-well spark plug reach compatibility, it operates reliably under ambient engine room temperatures exceeding 100°C and secondary firing voltages up to 30–40 kV, providing exceptional thermal resistance and long service life.
