CEJN – 1800 – UHP HYDRAULIC HOSE ASSEMBLY

The CEJN 1800 Ultra-High Pressure (UHP) Hydraulic Hose Assembly is an ultra-durable, lightweight flexible hose system engineered for high-pressure hydraulic tools, bolt tensioning, torque wrenches, and bearing pullers. Constructed with a polyoxymethylene (POM) inner core, multi-spiral layers of high-tensile steel wire reinforcement, and a abrasion-resistant polyurethane outer cover, this assembly minimizes volumetric expansion for fast response times. Designed to operate safely at working pressures up to 180 MPa (1,800 bar / 26,100 psi) with a 2.5:1 safety factor and a minimum burst pressure of 450 MPa (4,500 bar), it supports temperatures from -30°C to +80°C (-22°F to +176°F). Fitted with CEJN standard stainless steel or zinc-nickel plated steel end couplings, it ensures maximum safety, flexible bend radii, and long operational life in extreme environments.
