RWO – RWO SKIT/S-DEB 2.5 – OILY WATER SEPARATOR

The RWO SKIT/S-DEB 2.5 is a highly efficient, skid-mounted marine oily water bilge separator engineered for larger vessel operations to prevent marine pollution. Featuring a space-saving “facelift” configuration, the system combines a primary suction-type, open-porous coalescer with a secondary-stage emulsion-breaking hydrocarbon adsorber polisher. Driven by a dedicated eccentric helical rotor pump, it processes bilge mixtures gently to prevent droplet emulsification. Periodical automatic freshwater backflushing keeps the coalescer surfaces clean, while an automated bypass route routes low-oil stream segments directly past the polishing elements to significantly maximize their service life.
