The ALLWEILER NTT 50-200 U5A-W4 Thermal Oil Centrifugal Pump (CIRCOR) is an air-cooled, single-stage volute casing pump specially engineered for circulating organic heat transfer liquids in high-temperature heating systems. Designed according to DIN EN 733/EN 22858 standards, this heavy-duty pump operates without requiring external liquid cooling, relying on a specialized air-cooled bearing housing and heat-dissipating ribs. Built with a nodular cast iron casing (EN-GJS-400-15) and uncooled mechanical seal assembly, it handles thermal oils at extreme temperatures up to 350°C (662°F) and hot water up to 183°C (361°F). Featuring a nominal discharge diameter of DN 50 and a 200 mm impeller, it delivers flow rates up to 50 m³/h, discharge heads up to 60 meters, and pressure ratings up to 16 bar, ensuring exceptional thermal efficiency, low maintenance, and reliable continuous operation.
