The Taiko Kikai NHG-2MA Oil Transfer Gear Pump is a compact, high-efficiency positive displacement gear pump engineered specifically for marine, offshore, and industrial fluid handling systems. Designed for transferring lubricating oil, heavy fuel oil (HFO), diesel, and hydraulic fluids, this self-priming pump features precision-machined internal helical gears that deliver smooth, low-noise, and pulse-free fluid delivery. Constructed with a heavy-duty cast iron or ductile iron body, hardened steel shafts, and high-grade mechanical seals, it operates reliably at capacities around 1.5 to 3 m³/h, discharge pressures up to 0.5 to 1.0 MPa (5–10 bar), and fluid temperatures up to 100°C. Its robust construction, internal pressure relief valve option, and exceptional suction capability ensure long service life and minimal maintenance in harsh operating environments.
